HOUSE PACK OF 4: Get these lovely smash’able HOUSE wines back in the cupboard & keep hydrated for the everyday occasion. Designed for you everyday designer needs. All four wines are light, fresh, no oak, so no heavy tannins & lower than the normal in alcohol.
1X BLANCO 2022: The Semillon is organically grown from the stunning Yungarra vineyard on the Yallingup hill side. Simply hand harvested in the cool morning & the whole bunches popped directly into the press. Simply cool clean tank ferment & left on full lees for four months before racking to bottle. Only minimal sulphur at bottling
1X ORENJI 2022: Little Orenji – a stunning balanced Semillon / Sav Blanc. All organic fruit, hand harvested, fermented on skins for two weeks in open fermenters plus a giant cement egg for eight weeks pressed off to barrel & egg for full malo. Simply racked, a touch of sulphur to ensure you have a great product with no bottle variation or oxidation & bottled.
1X PINKU 2022: A rosé made from some in stunning Shiraz from the Yungarra vineyard Yallingup. A touch of skin contact then pressed straight to tank for ferment. Lots of battaonage to check in some mid wieght texture, full malo, then racked off to settle before bottle. No additives, finings nor filtration to bottle. Only minimal sulphur.
1X TINTO 2022: Tinto is made in the young nuevo style grown from organic Shiraz from Osmington. Simply harvested in the cool morning light, wild fermented in open bins then basket pressed off to tank before sugar completion. Natural malo, racked, blended & bottled. No additions, finings nor filtration to bottle. Only minimal sulphur.

PARTY PACK OF 4: Lets brighten the taste buds! With some delightful new tasty SPRING wines
1x BLANC DE BLANCS: Hand harvest Chardonnay from the Burnside BD vineyard. Whole bunch pressed direct to seasoned French oak. Full natural fermentation & malo with battonage. Once malic dry & ages to perfection simply transferred back to tank to for dosage of Chardonnay juice then hand bottled wearing a beret. Nothing but grapes.
1X CLAYFACE CABERNET 2021: purely made in amphora. Destemmed into Italian Amphora. Plunged daily by feet & hand then sit to macerate on skins for 5 months. Basket pressed off skins back to Amphora to allow to settle.
1X CLAYFACE CHARDONNAY 2021: purely made in amphora. Hand harvested grapes in the cool morning then simply basket pressed to an Italian hand made Amphora pot. Natural primary & secondary ferment, then racked directly to bottle. To show the purity of the season, site & fruit through into the wine.
1X CHARDONNAY 2021: Lets roll in the hay with Chardonnay. Off the stunning Burnside vineyard. Hand harvested, whole bunch pressed to a mix of large format oak & amphora. Natural ferment plus malo.
