Description
Domaine La Bohème Vin de France ‘Môl’ 2019 is a red wine made from a collection of parcels of different grape varieties, including Gamay, Syrah, Carignan, and Pinot Noir, grown in the Loire Valley region. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts, followed by aging in old oak barrels for 6 to 12 months.
The wine has a deep, ruby color with aromas of blackberry, black cherry, and violet on the nose. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rich with flavors of dark fruit, black pepper, and a hint of earthy minerality. The tannins are firm yet silky, providing structure and balance to the wine, which finishes with a long, elegant finish. Enjoy this versatile wine with a range of dishes, from grilled meats to hearty stews.
