Domaine Henri Milan Pet Nat Rosé 2021

Domaine Henri Milan Pet Nat Rosé is a true pet nat style dry sparkling wine. Light, lingering and savoury. Fruity taste of berries and cream with hints of watermelon juice coming through. Closes with excellent length.

Fun Fact: The “sans soufre ajouté” text on the bottle label means "no sulphur added".

Blend of Grenache Noir, Muscat and a little Alicante. The fruit comes from vines growing in the clay and limestone soils of Domaine Milan's Eyragues vineyard in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, France.

Hand harvesting of the fruit. No filtering, fining or sulphur added before bottling.
