Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Gamay from Beaujolais, France. The fruit comes from old vine parcels in Regnie planted on pink granite at roughly 350-400 metres altitude
Taste Profile: Bright & lively on the nose, it shows fresh tart cherries, sour plums, and raspberries, with undertimes of blood orange & rose petals. ON the palate, it is acid-driven with silky tannins and a strong mineral backbone derived from pink granite soils. It has a "salty" finish that adds to its complexity
Winemaking Process: Christian Ducroux is a pioneer of biodynamics, having used these methods since 1985. The estate is nearly self-sufficient, using horses (Hewan and Kaina) instead of tractors for plowing to avoid soil compaction
Grapes are fermented as whole bunches for two weeks in traditional cement vats before being pressed using a vintage 1870s press and aged in old casks or foudres

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
