Description
Daniel Dampt & Fils Petit Chablis 2020
Daniel Dampt & Fils Petit Chablis is a zesty wine that gets straight to the point. Lively and bone dry with a thirst-quenching acidity. A friendly wine that is all about its lemony freshness and pebbly mineral mouthfeel. This is ultra-pure Chardonnay perfect for a summer evening with family and friends.
Ageing potential: Drink until 2026.
100% Chardonnay. The fruit comes from some of the domaine's younger 10-year-old vines in their Petit Chablis vineyards. The vines grow on the Portlandian flats of Fyé in Kimmeridigian clay-limestone soils.
Vinification in stainless steel tanks to retain the distinctive taste and freshness of the Chardonnay grape variety.
