Barbarian Lands 2021
Golden ale brewed with 60% malted barley and 40% raw wheat. Spontaneously fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 14 months.
Moved onto Timperley Early (not forced) rhubarb from Styan Family Produce in Worcestershire for 2 weeks to preserve freshness and avoid excessive acidity.
Returned to freshly emptied barrels containing mount ida (raspberry beer) for 4 months. Final blending with 2 further base golden ale components before bottling.

A dry-hopped blend of golden ales brewed with malted barley, malted rye, malted oats and raw wheat from the 2019/2020 season and 2020/2021 season.
Spontaneously fermented and aged in French oak barrels.
The beer was briefly moved onto freshly picked bramley cross, fuggles and mathon in tank before bottling.

The Pershores Purple 2021
Golden ale brewed with malted barley and raw wheat. Sponteously fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 15 months.
Moved onto frozen purple pershore plums from Styan Family Produce in Worcestershire. The plums are cold soaked in tank for 7 days before the beer is added for flavour and colour extraction.
The beer remained on fruit for 2 months before returning to barrel for further maturation. Components from 2 other barrels are added in the final blend.
