Cosmic Vinyaters Sumoll Via Fora 2021 is a vibrant and expressive red wine made from the Sumoll grape variety. On the nose, it displays bright aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and a touch of earthiness. On the palate, the wine is juicy and fresh with lively acidity and supple tannins that lead to a smooth finish.
The grapes for this wine were grown biodynamically and harvested by hand. The wine was then fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks and aged in old oak barrels for a few months to add complexity and texture.
