 Corte Moschina Purocaso "Sui Lieviti" 2021
Corte Moschina Purocaso "Sui Lieviti" is an exuberant and energetic sparkling wine. Cloudy pale yellow colour. Notes of chamomile and toasted almonds emerge from the glass, before evolving towards lime citrus and cedar flavours with every savoury sip.
100% Durella. The fruit comes from vines growing in the basalt-rich volcanic soils of the Roncà hills, Veneto.
Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation at harvest, second fermentation the following spring – a slow refermentation in the bottle. After 3 months refinement in the bottle, the wine is sold on the lees.
