Boukman Rhum Epice Botanical Rhum
Boukman Botanical Rhum is derived from two of Haiti’s rhum terroirs, the cane fields of Croix des Bouquets in the south and the northern cane fields around Cap Haïtien. The rhum is distilled from the fresh juice of sugar cane, then infused with botanicals and barks, many of which are native to Haïti and foraged in the wild.
Dry and spicy, Boukman Rum offers a powerful nose with aromas of cinnamon and cardamom . When tasting it, we discover it ample with flavors of almond paste , vanilla and bitter orange , but it is not very sweet and its finish is soft with slightly vegetal and fruity notes.

Founded in 2019, we were bored with the typical Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Amarone & Moscato offerings at most bars & restaurants, and were inspired to dive deeper into the wine world!
