Description
Bodegas Toro Albalá Don PX Pedro Ximenez 2018
Bodegas Toro Albalá Don PX Pedro Ximenez is a thick, luscious young wine without oak ageing. Deep amber hue. Opens with a nose of exotic fruit and soft juicy mango. The palate has a lively tangy freshness that balances its oily texture and deep flavours. Shows concentrated flavours of raisins, dates and prunes with warm layers of toffee and caramel.
100% Pedro Ximénez. Bodegas Toro Albalá creates wines with 30% of grapes from their own vineyards and 70% coming from partner growers in Montilla-Moriles.
Made with the must of sun-dried grapes dehydrated into raisins, obtained via a hydraulic press, with partial fermentation and the subsequent addition of top quality wine alcohol. No oak ageing, the wine rests for a minimum of 12 months in stainless steel tanks. No filtering before bottling.
