Description
Billecart-Salmon Extra Brut
A super fine champagne full of brightness and purity – the perfect choice for a festive season!
Pale gold colour with abundant extra fine bubbly bubbles. The complex nose is seductive with aromas of dried apricots, buttery brioche, candied lemon and orange blossom notes. Layered biscuit, green apple and citrus flavours on the palate with a striking, mouth-watering minerality. Closes with a refreshing, lip-smacking finish.
Billecart-Salmon’s Extra Brut Champagne is a drier version of the entry-level Brut Reserve wine and no sugar is added to the dosage. A blend of 30% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Meunier and 30% Pinot Noir.
