Description
Artuke Finca de los Locos 2019 is a Tempranillo-based red wine from Rioja Alavesa, Spain. The wine is produced by brothers Arturo and Kike de Miguel Blanco, who belong to a new generation of Rioja winemakers with a fresh and modern approach. The name "Finca de los Locos" means "crazy people's estate" and refers to the steep vineyard site where the grapes are grown.
The wine is made from a blend of Tempranillo, Garnacha, and Graciano grapes, which are grown organically and harvested by hand. The grapes are fermented with native yeasts and aged for 10 months in French oak barrels. The resulting wine is complex and balanced, with notes of red and black fruit, spices, and a hint of oak.
