The nose is a fresh, complex citrus-forward welcome with distinguished grapefruit and lemon peels. Its citrus core is supported by spicy notes of cardamom. Indigenous California bay leaf and cascara sagrada provide a herbaceous quality on the palate that grounds the bright citrus top notes. Mushrooms and long pepper linger in a peppery finish with earthy undertones. Citrus-y without being too floral or overpowering.
