Akemi Tinto 2019
Akemi Tinto is a creation born from the combined talent and know-how of the Ontañón family winemaking team and Michelin star chef Félix Jiménez. Opens with a small universe of scents that give total meaning to the Japanese word Akemi. Elegant profile with beautiful floral notes, a silky smooth mouthfeel and mineral nuances that linger into its long, delicate finish.
Fun Fact: In Japanese, "akemi" means clarity and beauty.
Blend of three flagship varieties from Spain: Tempranillo, Garnacha and Graciano. Careful selection of fruit from the Ontañón family vineyards in Rioja, Spain.
