As food geeks, we often dream of a Lunar New Year where relatives and friends give out Angpows filled with their favourite snacks instead of notes. That will make gifting so much more interesting! So here it is, a delicious bar of chocolate disguised as an Angpow.
This lively festive bar uses an incredibly cherry-forward dark chocolate made using the November 2020 harvest from Rehoboth Estate in the Philippines. A touch of orange oil complements the aromatic and chewy dehydrated pineapple sourced from Chiang Rai, Thailand.

At Fossa Chocolate, they make chocolates and confections that are truly handcrafted from scratch in their workshop in Singapore.
They roast, crack and winnow cacao beans and refine them into chocolate which are moulded into bars and individually packaged by hand. The process is time consuming but rewarding. By carefully handcrafting in small batches with no additives, they are able to showcase the unique flavours and nuances of each batches of cacao.
