Domaine Antoine Sanzay
Wine is a long initiatory journey. Antoine Sanzay has been experimenting with it since 1999, when he took over the family estate. Over time and vintages, his work is refined, his wines are refined, get rid of the superfluous and gradually tend towards the quest of his father: that of balance and pleasure.
This result is the fruit of meticulous work carried out in the vineyard and in the cellar. A philosophy respectful of the vine and the soil is extended to the cellar by a patient, precise and delicate hand guiding the wine through the entire stage of its gestation. Its wines have a singular resonance because they deliver an elegant velvety flesh and reflect for each of them the identity of their land of origin.
Today the vineyard covers an area of 28 hectares which is spread out over Varrains and the neighbouring districts. It includes three hectares of Chenin, as well as four hectares of the wonderful Poyeux terroir. The soils are essentially siliceous limestone and clay limestone. Since 2014, the vineyard has been worked organically with indigenous yeasts used for vinification. This domaine has established itself as one of the very finest of this appellation thanks to wines which are hugely fruity, focused and fresh and have tannins of great finesse. There is a huge demand for these wines from Loire wine enthusiasts. These are must-try wines, and as far as we are concerned, Sanzey is one of the very best winemakers in this region: a real showstopper for our team.
Chacra was created by Piero Incisa della Rocchetta in 2004 with the intention of finding the most unobstructed expression of the climate, micro-climate, and terrior of Mainqué in the Río Negro region of Patagonia.
Black Tears is all about emotions and it is inspired by the Cuban song “Lagrimas Negras”, which tells the story of a young woman who sobbed into a vat of rum, filling it with her sorrow.
The Bisol family are masters of Prosecco. The family has been making wine for centuries and all the grapes come from their own land, something which is extremely rare in the region.

Gao Lin, the patriarch of Silver Heights started planting Cabernet Sauvignon vines sourced from France in 1999 and conviced his daughter to enroll in a Masters of Oenology program in Bordeaux. Even though she was trained in Bordeaux, New Wolrd techniques are embraced during the winemaking process.
