E. Guigal Cotes du Rhone Rosé 2020

E. Guigal Cotes du Rhone Rosé is a serious and satisfying dry rosé. Clear and brilliant pink colour. Opens with a burst of irresistible fresh raspberry, redcurrant and citrus nose. Fruity, fine and round on the full-bodied palate. Bright notes of strawberry, raspberry, cherry and white peach, with hints of citrus following long into the silky finish.

70% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, 10% Syrah from vines an average age of 25-years-old. The vines grow in clay limestone or pebbles and alluvia.
A wine drawn off the skins after a brief maceration and long temperature controlled fermentation. Ageing in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing potential: drink until 2023.

Raspberry and bramble notes are delicate on the nose but intensify on the palate of this juicy, watermelon-kissed wine. A deep salmon-pink in color, it's a full-bodied but refreshing dry wine that finishes on a lingering note of sour-cherry pastille.
